On June 30, 2017, the United States Department of Labor (“DOL”) told the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals that it plans to revise the 2016 Final Rule (“Final Rule”) that set forth the salary level for employees to qualify for overtime exemption under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”).
