The Georgia Environmental Facilities Authority (GEFA) is requesting proposals from qualified organizations with demonstrated experience in program evaluation, energy efficiency and public outreach to provide monitoring services to the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP). All funds awarded under this RFP must be expended through March 31, 2010. The geographic area to be served under this proposal covers all 159 counties in Georgia, with anticipated inspection of 1,400 projects.
