The power center acquisition is one of the largest retail deals completed in the United States over the last year. The transaction closed May 5, 2021.

Among the shopping center’s national retailers are Old Navy, Target, Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, DSW, JCPenney, Saks Fifth Avenue Off Fifth, Lowe’s, Burlington, Starbucks, and Chick-fil-A.
