ATLANTA (December 1, 2017) – Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP (SGR) is pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2018, the firm will open an office in Los Angeles through its combination with California business law firm Rodi Pollock Pettker Christian & Pramov (Rodi Pollock).
Established in 1969, Rodi Pollock is a full service, business law firm whose attorneys possess broad-based, multidisciplinary backgrounds in nine major practice areas. Eleven attorneys, including Anne K. Edwards, Elizabeth B. Blakely, Henry P. Pramov Jr., Patrick J. Cain, Walter T. Killmer Jr., Robert C. Norton, John D. Pettker, Dominique Y. Tauzin, Robert A. Yahiro, Gregory T. Sidman, and Gregg A. Rapoport will join SGR from Rodi Pollock. The addition of this team of attorneys will expand SGR’s more than 45 practice areas, including Real Estate, Labor & Employment, Corporate, Tax, and Private Wealth Services.
