Dana Bradford is a Partner in the Jacksonville office of SGR and a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice. Mr. Bradford’s practice is primarily devoted to representation of institutional clients in commercial litigation matters, representation of insurance carriers in litigation relating to coverage disputes and first-party and third-party bad faith claims, and in the defense of both self-insured and insured clients in the defense of personal injury and wrongful death claims, with emphasis on products liability. He was named the Best Lawyers® Litigation – Insurance 2019 “Lawyer of the Year” in Jacksonville.
Steve Brust is the Managing Partner of SGR’s Jacksonville office and serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. A member of the Litigation Practice, Mr. Brust handles commercial and fiduciary litigation of all types, including partnership and shareholder disputes, liability defense for corporate officers and directors, title insurance defense, executive benefits and employment contract disputes, and estate and trust litigation, including fiduciary removal proceedings.
Adam Buss is a Partner in the Jacksonville office of SGR. As a member of the Corporate Practice, he concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance issues, emerging businesses, information technology and corporate finance. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Buss practiced as a Certified Public Accountant for a number of years. His expertise in business and finance provides the background necessary to manage the array of issues encountered in a transactional practice.
Jeffrey Tenen is a Partner in the Miami office of SGR. As a member of the Global Transport Practice, his primary areas of practice are aircraft finance and leasing, cross-border structured lending and asset-based financing transactions, aviation, and international business and commercial transactions. Previously, Mr. Tenen was named the Best Lawyers® Securitization and Structured Finance 2015 “Lawyer of the Year” and Best Lawyers® Derivatives and Futures Law 2012, 2014 and 2018 “Lawyer of the Year” in Miami.
