ATLANTA (February 25, 2010) — Ten Smith, Gambrell & Russell attorneys were selected as Georgia Super Lawyers for 2010. In addition, Super Lawyers has chosen five of the firm’s attorneys as 2010 Rising Stars, top attorneys in the state who are 40 years old or younger or who have been practicing for 10 years or less.
Super Lawyers are chosen by their peers and through the independent research at Super Lawyers,
which is a service of the Thomson Reuters, Legal division. The multi-phase selection process includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates by the attorney-led research staff, a peer review of candidates by practice area, and a good-standing and disciplinary check. The top five percent of lawyers, from nearly 70 practice areas, are named to the Super Lawyers list. The list of Georgia Super Lawyers appears in the March 2010 issue of Atlanta Magazine.
