- Defending clients accused of criminal price-fixing or bid-rigging and representing them in grand jury investigations
- Litigating antitrust issues in patent and trademark disputes
- Assisting clients in designing and maintaining their antitrust compliance programs to prevent antitrust problems and to help protect against potential antitrust prosecutions
