The Georgia Environmental Facility Authority recently released information regarding monies available under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Summary information on Funding Opportunity Announcements for the U.S. Department of Energy Smart Grid Investment Grant Program and Smart Grid Demonstrations are posted here. For those applying for the initial round of funding, the SGIG FOA requires a Letter of Intent by July 16, 2009. Also, five U.S. Department of Labor Funding Opportunity Announcements related to renewable energy and energy efficiency were released and are posted on GEFA’s website, as well.
