Nicholas Vittori is an Associate in the Litigation Practice of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP. Mr. Vittori was an Associate at Freeborn & Peters, which combined with SGR in 2023.
Mr. Vittori’s litigation background covers areas involving breach of contract, fraud, and other business torts, breach of fiduciary duty, white collar criminal defense, and professional malpractice. He has experience drafting substantive motions and pleadings, developing case strategy, engaging in large scale discovery, taking depositions, and preparing for trial.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Vittori served as an Associate at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where he represented clients in complex civil litigation, including white collar defense, commercial litigation, mass tort, and insurance defense matters related to medical malpractice, long term care, and Office of Civil Rights investigations.
Outside of work, Mr. Vittori enjoys spending time with his family, reading (combat aviation, military, and natural history), the outdoors, and playing hockey.
Mr. Vittori earned his B.A. from DePaul University, and his J.D. from UIC John Marshall Law School, cum laude.
