Mr. Vickery’s practice focuses on serving the needs of clients in commercial litigation. He represents clients in contract disputes, business torts, and class actions. He also provides guidance on regulatory compliance.
Mr. Vickery earned his undergraduate degree in History, with honors, from the University of Chicago. He received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was the Elliott Cheatham Scholar for his class. During law school, he clerked for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia, and Vanderbilt awarded Mr. Vickery the Carl J. Ruskowski Clinical Legal Education Award for his representation of clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Vickery was a high school teacher and track coach at Marist School in Atlanta.
