Anna Stangle is an Associate in the Corporate Practice of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.
Ms. Stangle’s practice primarily focuses on the purchase, sale, leasing, and financing of aircraft and aircraft engines.
Prior to joining SGR, Ms. Stangle clerked for the Honorable C. Ashley Royal in the United States District Court in the Middle District of Georgia.
Ms. Stangle was born and raised in Athens, Georgia. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. While attending law school, Ms. Stangle was the President of the Equal Justice Foundation, an Online Editor on the Managing Board of the Georgia Law Review, and a member of the Women Law Students Association. In law school, Ms. Stangle received the Carl E. Sanders Law Scholarship, the Robert E. Knox Memorial Scholarship, and was inducted into the University of Georgia Blue Key Honor Society.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Stangle worked as an Outreach Advocate at Project Safe, Inc., where she assisted survivors of domestic violence in drafting and filing motions for protective orders and connected clients with community resources such as counseling, financial assistance, and legal advocacy.
