Mr. Solfaro works in the Firm’s New York office, and specializes in matters involving reinsurance and insurance coverage disputes. As a paralegal, Mr. Solfaro was tasked with all phases of disputes in commercial contracts, complex insurance, and reinsurance claims, corporate acquisitions, securities, derivative instruments, foreign exchange contracts, shareholder rights, intellectual property, and insolvency. Mr. Solfaro also helped with the performance of licensing agreements, founder agreements, scientific advisory board agreements, consulting agreements, wage disputes, incorporating new businesses, and startup business contracts.

Mr. Solfaro received his B.A. from Binghamton University (cum laude), and his J.D. from Seton Hall Law School.
