    Gregg A. Rapoport joined SGR as Of Counsel in 2018. Drawing from his years as a partner and an associate at a previous national firm, and at smaller boutique litigation firms, Gregg brings a depth of experience in complex commercial, real estate, and insurance matters, as well as the breadth of a “generalist” litigation practice.

    Known for taking on the most complex and challenging high-stakes cases, whether in the trial and appellate courts or in arbitration, Gregg has successfully represented companies, shareholders, entrepreneurs, nonprofits and individuals in hundreds of federal and state cases across California and beyond. Gregg advises and represents clients across various sectors and industries, in cases involving commercial and real estate contracts, fraud, corporate governance, trade secrets, trademarks, insurance bad faith, defamation, and network data breaches.

    Gregg has authored articles on data breach and insurance. He currently serves as a member of the Los Angeles Lawyer Magazine Editorial Board.
