About Gregg

Gregg A. Rapoport draws from his years as a partner and an associate at a previous national firm, and at smaller boutique litigation firms, and brings a depth of experience in complex commercial, real estate, and insurance matters, as well as the breadth of a “generalist” litigation practice.

Known for taking on the most complex and challenging high-stakes cases, whether in the state and federal trial and appellate courts or in arbitration, Gregg has successfully represented companies, shareholders, entrepreneurs, nonprofits and individuals in cases across California and beyond. He advises and represents clients across various sectors and industries, in cases involving commercial and real estate contracts and leases, corporate governance, intellectual property, fraud, trade secrets, and insurance bad faith.

Gregg has authored articles on data breach and insurance, and serves as a volunteer editor and board member of the Los Angeles Lawyer Magazine Editorial Board.
