Aleksandra Puścińska is an Associate in the Corporate Practice and member of the Global Transport Practice at Smith Gambrell Russell. Ms. Puścińska’s practice involves acting for leasing companies, airlines and other aviation industry participants in aviation transactions, including aircraft and engine acquisition, finance and leasing. She has a broad experience advising clients on regulatory matters related to commercial and business aviation.
Ms. Puścińska earned her Law with European Legal Studies LL.B. from King’s College London, U.K. and spent one year of her undergraduate degree studying law abroad at Universiteit Leiden, the Netherlands. She holds a Master’s Degree (LL.M.) in Air and Space Law from McGill University in Canada, where she was the recipient of the Boeing Fellowship in Air and Space Law.
