Mickey Jett represents financial institutions, lenders and lessors in leveraged finance, secured and unsecured lending transactions and equipment finance transactions with an emphasis on business aircraft and rail equipment.

Mickey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Georgia State University and a J.D. degree from The Catholic University Columbus School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and served as Production Editor on the Catholic University Law Review.

Representative Matters

  • Represented the lessor in a $140 million lease transaction involving new railcars.
  • Represented the purchaser and borrower in $325 million aircraft acquisition and financing transactions involving nine foreign jurisdictions.
  • Represented the seller in $90 million sale and assignment transactions of portfolios of railcars and related leases.
  • Represented the lender group in a $200 million helicopter financing, including assets in four foreign jurisdictions.
