Mr. Hawes focuses on advising aircraft leasing companies, airlines and financial institutions on commercial and corporate aviation transactions.
Mr. Hawes has worked with many commercial airlines, operators, manufacturers and leasing companies to finance, lease, and deliver a wide range of fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft across the world.
His practice is varied and includes advising commercial airlines and leasing companies on new aircraft deliveries, operating leases, sale & leaseback transactions and novations with a particular emphasis on seasonal sub-leasing of multiple aircraft into different jurisdictions.
