Amanda Attenasio provides transactional real estate services, including representation of purchasers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate matters from contract to closing. Mrs. Attenasio is well versed in due diligence review and has successfully facilitated countless closings. Mrs. Attenasio is knowledgeable and equipped to handle the elements associated with these transactions, including financing, mezzanine financing, and title clearance matters. Mrs. Attenasio also assists with leasing of commercial and residential properties, as well as refinancing and loan modifications Mrs. Attenasio also handles the representation of condominiums and cooperative housing corporations as both transfer agent and general counsel.
Mrs. Attenasio received her Juris Doctor Law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law with a concentration in Health Law. She graduated magna cum laude from Seton Hall University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Philosophy and was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
Mrs. Attenasio is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, State of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Mrs. Attenasio is also an active member of the New York State Bar Association, New York City Bar Association, the New York Women’s Bar Association, and the National Organization of Italian American Women.
