ATLANTA (July 20, 2016) – Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP (SGR) is pleased to announce the addition of five new attorneys to the firm: Carrie Anderer, Benjamin Deninger, Chloe Furfine, Heiko Gruenwald, and Ariane Smith.
“Continuing with our strategic growth, Smith, Gambrell & Russell is excited to again welcome new attorneys to the firm,” said Stephen Forte, SGR’s managing partner. “These new associates each bring a unique skillset and additional energy into several dynamic practice areas.”
Ms. Anderer, an associate in SGR’s New York Litigation and Labor and Employment Practices, represents clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, as well as in arbitration and mediation relating to commercial disputes. She received her B.A. from Columbia University and earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
Mr. Deninger is an associate in SGR’s Atlanta Construction Practice where he helps clients resolve construction disputes and successfully negotiates transactional construction issues. He earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University and received his J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law. Mr. Deninger also earned an LL.M. from the University of Texas School of Law.
Ms. Furfine is an associate in SGR’s Jacksonville Litigation Practice. She holds degrees in journalism and political science from The George Washington University’s School of Media and Public Affairs. She earned her J.D. from the University of Florida.
Mr. Gruenwald, an associate in SGR’s Atlanta Corporate and International Practices, advises a variety of clients on corporate and transactional matters. He holds law degrees from both the University of Passau in his native Germany, as well as Emory University School of Law. In addition, Mr. Gruenwald earned his M.B.A. from Goizueta Business School-Emory University.
Ms. Smith is an associate in SGR’s Jacksonville Litigation Practice. She received both her B.A. and J.D. from the University of Florida.
