The Fight Against Counterfeiters from In-House, Outside Counsel and Criminal Perspectives [CC] is co-sponsored by both the IP litigation and Criminal Law section of the ABA.

This will be a panel discussion of current anti-counterfeiting issues and remedies from three different perspectives: In-house counsel for one of the largest online marketplaces in the world, a representative of the FBI’s anti-counterfeiting task force; and outside civil litigation counsel with a focus on anti-counterfeiting and intellectual property theft.
