Ashley Carlisle is an Associate in the Litigation Practice of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP, where she focuses her practice in Commercial Litigation.
Ms. Carlisle is located in the Firm’s Jacksonville and Tampa offices and focuses her practice in complex commercial litigation, to include contract and insurance disputes, real property litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, and appellate practice. Ms. Carlisle also has experience working through probate proceedings and zoning disputes.
Ms. Carlisle previously worked as a Summer Associate for the Firm and as a Summer Clerk at the University of North Florida Office of the General Counsel.
Ms. Carlisle earned her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she was a member of the John Marshall Bar Association, a Legal Writing Teaching Assistant, served as the Director of Communications of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society, and served as the Executive Managing Editor of the Florida Entertainment and Sports Law Review. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of Florida, with minors in Chemistry and Anthropology. In her spare time, she enjoys playing golf and attending tournaments, going to the beach, cooking, trying new workout classes, and cheering on the Florida Gators.
